Can Hazel allow me to add a condition to delete files UNLESS

Can Hazel allow me to add a condition to delete files UNLESS their last modified date was on a Monday?
Example: Currently all shows are deleted if they are older than three weeks. The Daily Show is recorded every week night and I've added exceptions when a show has a guest that I do not want to be deleted. Works well. What I can not figure out is how to add a rule to also not delete a show if it was broadcast on a Monday as that is when a favorite host (Jon Stewart) is usually there. I think I've looked everywhere to find a way to do this but struck out.

For whatever date attribute you are matching on, you can use "occurs at/before/after". There you can specify days of the week. It's usually best to use "before" and "after" to bracket a range of times instead of relying on a specific time.
