Hazel rules not getting folder content

I never like asking questions since a proper forum or google search usually finds me the solution. This time it does not.

Just got a new MacBook Pro and migrated my (working) hazel rules to my new system. I use Hazel for renaming photo-files in certain folders after exporting from Lightroom.

Running hazel on my new system will give a green checkbox for finding the folder. I use the 'run rules on folder content' but a Red Cross appears (not matched) and clicking the cross results in 'kind = folder' so the folder content cannot be loaded.

- My new system is a M5 max running Tahoe.
- Hazel had full disk access
- Hazelhelper is visible in the activity monitor
- Hazelhelper is not in the permission list (in privacy and security) and I cannot add or find it in Finder.

I did work on my old system on Hazel version 5.3.1, it does not work on my new system on 5.3.1., updated to 6.1.2 still does not work. Any tip[s to get it going again?

When previewing that rule, click on the red X for the Kind is Folder condition. What is it showing as the "Kind"?

So the folder will be found (Kind = folder) but then the files cannot. (There is no nested folder inside the found folder).

Image
(rule reads: Kind is folder)

(rule 1 reads: Kind is Image)
(rule 2 reads: Name contains "VRA")
