File relocation based on Tag content?

I want to (planned to) used existing tag on a file to, after performing other actions,
move the file to a different folder that is identified by an existing tag.

The goal is to drop a file, tag it, then have it returned to where it came from.
(Previously tagged in that source folder.)

If not via hazel, can that be done via Automator or AppleScript?

If you move a file, there is no information as to where it came from. Can you provide a concrete example of this workflow and why you need to have it work this way?
