Unable to overwrite file in Google Drive folder

Hazel needs to replace/overwrite a file located in Google Drive and reports the below error. It has Full Disk Access on the Mac.

File needs to move and overwrite from ~/Downloads/XXXXX.csv to ~/Library/CloudStorage/GoogleDrive-USER/.../_Action/XXXXX.csv, but the problem arises when the old file in that folder needs to be moved to trash.

Running Tahoe 26.2 and Hazel 6.1.1. Any ideas to get around it? I wouldn't care if the old file isn't moved to trash and just gets overwritten,

What happens if you try to perform the action in Finder manually?
