How do I use the new OCR feature in 6.0? Explain it to me like I am 5 or at least point to the feature in the documentation because I can't find anything about how it works. Thanks.

In the rule interface, click on the options button in the top right (the circle with 3 dots).

Depending on what you set there, you can have Hazel automatically use text recognition when you try and match on Contents. Previously, the file had to be OCRed but with this feature, it doesn't have to be and it's not limited to PDFs; any image can be used.

Is there a way to specify the language to improve on the OCR efficiency?

So I just need to insert the text I want to match on like, "Mortgage Bill" and the OCR works. In other words, it will automatically OCR images/pdfs on the fly to match text in the action?

For the most part, yes. You may need to tweak the options in cases like where the file is OCRed but it wasn't done well, in which case you may want to have Hazel do its own.
