I'm trying to move files from inside sub folders into the top level folder

So say my file structure is like this
Top Level → Folder inside Top level → File inside folder

And I want to move out of the folder and to the top level.

What is the best way to do that

To get Hazel to go into subfolders, check the manual. There's a chapter dedicated to the topic.

You can have the Move action move to the monitored folder.

I suggest trying it on some test files first so you get the hang on how it all works.
