How to do an image OCR? Tue Nov 05, 2024 5:40 am • by selrond
Hey there, I have a simpe rule in mind:
On a set of images in a folder, I want to
1. perform an OCR for each of them
2. rename each of the to a slugified OCR result

Is it possible? Can somebody share a screenshot of such rule, or at least give me a hint of how to do it?

I’ve tried to create i myself with "Rename with pattern: text content-domain-extension" but text content is empty & I’m not sure it means what I think it means.
Thanks

Hmm I guess my workflow isn’t supported.

Is there a way to access Contents (from rule conditions) inside the rule actions? (Namely rename)

Can you give a more specific example? I don't know how you generate this "slugified" result. In general, you want a rule to match on Contents and use a custom attribute to match the part you want to use later.
