(Using Hazel 6.1.2 on MacOS Tahoe 26.5.2 on MacBook Air 15 inch M5)
Scenario:
A file AA.pdf is added to the folder /BB in Dropbox. The file is added somewhere else than my Mac where Hazel is running.
I then use Hazel to copy the file to another place on my Mac.
Problem:
Copying files with Hazel only works if AA.pdf is fully downloaded and available locally.
This can be achieved by making folder /BB "Always available offline", and add a 2 min. wait before copying the file.
Is there a more elegant solution to this problem? Any action to trigger Dropbox to download the file?
(I have had a bit of a discussion with Google Gemini about this. Gemini suggested ever more complicated shell scripts that did not work)
