Hazel moving files to wrong week folder

I have a Hazel rule cleaning my Downloads folder, but some files keep getting moved to the current week’s folder instead of last week’s. How can I fix that?

In the screenshot, you can see the current Week 8 folder, which should only be created next week.

I think that may be a different interpretation of the week of the year? By my count, it's the 8th week though I believe some systems start by counting the first full week of the year.
