Hazel Archiving Takes Too Long and Sometimes Fails

Hi everyone,

I’m having some trouble with Hazel when trying to archive large numbers of files. The archiving process can take a very long time, and occasionally it fails before the archive is completed.

Has anyone experienced similar issues with large archives? I’d especially appreciate any suggestions for improving Hazel’s performance or troubleshooting failed archive jobs.

Could the problem be related to file size, archive settings, disk space, or the number of files being processed at once?

Any tips or recommended settings would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check the logs. Go to Help->View Logs and see if you can find any errors.
